Research member of Dr. Asia Eaton's Power, Women, and Relationships (PWR) Psychology Lab. Conduct individual research on the relationship between culture, identity, and workplace spillover. Attend and present original materials at regular lab meetings and assist with furthering research of other lab members.

Collaborative meta-analysis on leadership and gender regarding research trends observed in communal and agentic traits associated with leadership in relation to women’s representation in leadership positions and the workforce

Research assistant for study focused on the influence of various behaviors in interview settings in relation to different leadership styles modeled prior to interviews. Managed logistical operations and collected research data by overseeing experimental procedures with sample population.

Provided counseling services to college student population at University of Florida Counseling and Wellness Center. Managed independent full-time caseload by assessing client needs, facilitating appropriate interventions, and connecting to community resources.

Clinical Counseling Practicum Student

Provided counseling services with medical mental health practitioners. Engaged in clinical interventions specializing in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder, anorexia-nervosa, major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, and adjustment disorder.

Advanced Outreach Practicum Student

Assessed the Asian American undergraduate student population's level of readiness in discussing mental health concerns. Directed workshop series aimed addressing concerns brought in informal interviews through culturally appropriate interventions.

Psychology Program Graduate Student Representative

Disseminated job and internship opportunities, continuing education workshops, community resources, etc. to program network consisting of current students, alumni, and department faculty. Assisted the transition for incoming program students by connecting cohort members with one another, facilitating communication between members of the party, and providing students with information about the program, resources, etc.

Women’s Inclusion Network Social Media Committee Member

Connected all members of the Women’s Inclusion Network through various social media platforms, such as Twitter, Facebook, and Linkedin to build an inclusive professional network for female professionals in the field. Coordinated social media campaigns with other committee members to increase engagement of members across platforms and build social media presence

Mental Health & Justice Community Outreach Provider

Created specialized workshop seminars for various organizations highlighting different topics within the mental health field. Workshops would consist of mental health education, engaging activities to facilitate wellness, and open discussions to address mental health concerns.
